Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the expectations, responsibilities, and limitations of participating in coaching services provided by VIBRANT HEALTHY LIVING (“we,” “us,” “our”). By enrolling in or using our coaching services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following:

 

1. How Coaching Is Delivered: Coaching sessions and communication are provided through email, internet, phone calls, text, in person (if local), or other written formats as outlined at the time of enrollment.

 

2. Program Commitment & Payments: By registering, you agree to the stated program length and payment terms. Payments must be made as agreed.14 Day Refunds are available once the program begins. In cases of medical emergencies (affecting you or an immediate family member), you may request in writing to pause your program. A paused program must be resumed within one year, and no refunds will be issued.

 

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer: Coaching services are educational and informational only. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a licensed healthcare provider before making any changes to your diet, exercise, medications, or health regimen. By participating, you accept full responsibility for your own health, choices, and results.

 

4. Waiver of Liability: You voluntarily assume all risks related to your participation in the program. You agree to release and hold harmless VIBRANT HEALTHY LIVING, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, injuries, illnesses, allergic reactions, or lack of results connected with the program, even if arising from ordinary negligence. You also agree to indemnify and defend VIBRANT HEALTHY LIVING against any claims brought by third parties related to your participation.

 

5. Confidentiality: Program materials are proprietary and for your personal use only. Sharing, distributing, or reproducing program content without written consent is prohibited (except with your doctor or licensed health provider if necessary).We respect your privacy. Your personal information, health details, and testimonials will not be shared without your written consent.

 

6. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which VIBRANT HEALTHY LIVING is registered. If any portion is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

 

7. Acknowledgment: By enrolling in the program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
