High-Protein Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Ingredients
½ cup date paste
⅓ cup milk of choice
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop (approx ¼ cup) vanilla protein powder
1 cup almond flour
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
In a food processor or blender, blend dates, milk, protein powder and vanilla until smooth. Pour into a small mixing bowl.
Add the almond flour, stirring until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and enjoy fresh from the bowl or roll into balls and place on a plate. Put the plate in the fridge until cold. You could also place them in the freezer for fun frozen cookie dough bites!
